Where is my money held?

Your money is held in segregated accounts at our licensed European and UAE banking partners. It is not mixed with our operating funds, and it is protected in case of our insolvency.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Log in to your account from any device, freeze your cards, and disable the lost device from your security settings. We never store your full card details on the device.

Do you have a bug bounty?
