Is the virtual card free?
Yes. The virtual card is free to issue and free to use online. Add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and start spending the moment you sign up.
How long does the physical card take to arrive?
Most physical cards arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your country. You'll get a tracking link in the app the moment your card is dispatched.
What is the difference between freezing and cancelling a card?
Freezing temporarily blocks all charges but keeps the card active. Cancelling permanently closes the card and you can't reuse it. You can freeze and unfreeze as often as you want.
Are there ATM fees?
The first two ATM withdrawals a month are free once your ID is verified. After that, a small fee of €1.50 per withdrawal applies. The fee is always shown before you confirm.
