What is SEPA to Mobile Money?
Most transfers arrive the same day — usually within a few hours after you confirm.
Does the recipient need a bank account?
We charge a percentage fee plus a small margin on the exchange rate. For a €300 transfer, the fee is about €1.50 and the margin is about €1.00. You'll see the exact amount before you confirm.
Which countries can receive Mobile Money?
We support Orange Money, MTN, and Wave across the eight West African countries that use the CFA franc — Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, and more. We use a Mobile Money network for payouts.
How secure is this?

What are the fees?
Yes. Your transfer is processed by our licensed European bank (for the euro side) and our West African Mobile Money network. All transfers are monitored for fraud, and we follow the West African central bank (BCEAO) rules.
